📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems in commercial and residential properties.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Install and configure new HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve project milestones and deadlines.
• Use industry-standard tools and software, such as Trane Tracer, Carrier Infinity, or similar HVAC management systems.
• Conduct energy audits and recommend energy-saving measures to improve system efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC service and maintenance.
• Certification in HVAC systems, such as Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician (RAC-Tech), or equivalent.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Bali.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work in a tropical environment and adapt to local conditions.
