- Oversee the daily operations of dental clinics, ensuring efficient workflows and high standards of service.
- Manage scheduling, including appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Coordinate with dental professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies for all dental services.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and healthcare standards.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the healthcare or dental industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing operations in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of dental clinic operations and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using operational management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Certification in healthcare management or a related field is a plus.
