📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist doctors and nurses with patient care, including examinations, treatments, and procedures.
• Manage patient records and maintain accurate medical documentation using EHR systems.
• Handle patient registration, billing, and insurance claims.
• Support clinic operations, including inventory management and equipment maintenance.
• Provide administrative support, such as scheduling appointments and coordinating with other healthcare providers.
• Assist in patient education and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Contribute to a positive and efficient clinic environment.
• Stay updated with the latest medical practices and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant or similar role in a healthcare setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field. (Preferred but not required).
• Certification in Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic knowledge of EHR systems and patient management software.
• Valid work permit for Bali.
