In this role, you will utilize your expertise in agricultural science and technology to develop and implement sustainable farming strategies. You will conduct field assessments, analyze data, and provide technical guidance to farmers, helping them adopt best practices in crop production, soil management, and water conservation. Additionally, you will collaborate with local governments and non-governmental organizations to design and execute rural development programs that address key challenges such as poverty alleviation, infrastructure development, and community empowerment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct field assessments and surveys to gather data on farming practices, soil health, and water resources.
• Develop and implement sustainable farming strategies in collaboration with farmers and local governments.
• Provide technical guidance and training to farmers on best practices in crop production, soil management, and water conservation.
• Analyze data and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of sustainable farming initiatives.
• Collaborate with local governments and NGOs to design and execute rural development programs.
• Participate in workshops, seminars, and conferences to share knowledge and best practices in sustainable agriculture.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of rural development initiatives on community well-being.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in agricultural science and technology to incorporate innovative solutions into farming practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in agricultural technology, sustainable farming, or rural development.
• Strong knowledge of agricultural practices, soil management, and water conservation techniques.
• Proficiency in using agricultural software, such as GIS, remote sensing, and farm management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with farmers, local governments, and stakeholders.
• Ability to conduct field assessments, analyze data, and prepare technical reports.
• Familiarity with rural development programs and community empowerment initiatives.
• Valid certification in sustainable agriculture or rural development is a plus.
