Hospital Cleaning Team Leader - Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar & Surrounding Areas)

Aeon Delight Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and experienced Hospital Cleaning Team Leader to join our team in Bali. In this critical role, you will oversee the cleanliness and hygiene of all hospital areas, including high-risk zones such as operating rooms, patient rooms, and restrooms. Your mission is to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

As the Hospital Cleaning Team Leader, you will lead a team of cleaning professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Daily, you will coordinate with healthcare staff to address any cleanliness concerns and implement necessary improvements.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily cleaning operations in all hospital areas, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
• Lead and motivate a team of cleaning professionals, providing training and support as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of cleaning areas to ensure compliance with established protocols.
• Coordinate with healthcare staff to address any cleanliness concerns and implement necessary improvements.
• Manage and maintain cleaning schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and efficiently.
• Ensure the proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Monitor and report on cleaning performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospital cleaning or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience in a team environment.
• Strong knowledge of hospital cleaning protocols, standards, and regulations.
• Familiarity with cleaning management software, such as CleanLink or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid certification in hospital cleaning or a related field (e.g., CHA, CHC, or equivalent).
• Ability to lift and carry heavy cleaning equipment and supplies.
