📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Receivable department, including invoicing, collections, and credit management.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions and reports.
• Monitor and improve the efficiency of the AR process using tools such as SAP and Oracle.
• Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues related to the AR process.
• Provide training and support to junior staff members.
• Collaborate with the finance team to develop and implement financial strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors to ensure timely payments and resolution of any disputes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.
• Proficient in using SAP and Oracle for financial reporting and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in managing a team and providing training and support to junior staff members.
