📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and optimization of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure system efficiency.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical support and training to the engineering and technical teams.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement strategies to reduce operational costs.
• Collaborate with the facility management team to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems with other building systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP supervision, with a proven track record in project management.
• Certifications in MEP systems, such as BIM (Building Information Modeling), LEED, or other relevant certifications.
• Proficiency in using MEP software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or other industry-standard tools.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations, particularly in Bali.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintaining system efficiency.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
