As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for daily tasks such as system monitoring, network management, and cybersecurity. With a salary range of Rp 25,000,000 - Rp 40,000,000 per month, this is a rewarding opportunity to combine your technical expertise with your love for hospitality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the management and maintenance of the resort’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.
• Lead a team of IT professionals to ensure the smooth operation of our digital experience and guest services.
• Implement and manage cybersecurity measures to protect our systems and guest data.
• Collaborate with our development team to implement new technologies and enhance our digital offerings.
• Monitor system performance and resolve any issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for IT management.
• Provide technical support to our staff and guests as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in IT and hospitality technology to drive innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge of IT tools and software such as Microsoft Azure, VMware, and Cisco.
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
