📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage high-impact partnerships to drive digital growth and innovation.
• Optimize digital channels and platforms to enhance customer experience and engagement.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
• Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest digital trends and technologies to inform strategic decisions.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the digital space.
• Lead and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, growth hacking, or a related field.
• Proficient in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager.
• Strong understanding of digital payment systems and fintech solutions.
• Experience in leading and managing high-impact partnerships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
