🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in workforce consulting or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering strategic workforce solutions.
• Certification in workforce planning or a related field (e.g., PHR, SPHR, or CWSP).
• Strong understanding of workforce dynamics and organizational development.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using workforce management software such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
