📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements,Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback to participants,Coordinate with other departments to ensure training aligns with organizational goals,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Assist in the development of new training programs and materials,Provide guidance and support to employees on training-related matters

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with training software and tools,Knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles,Experience in developing and delivering training programs,Excellent organizational and time management skills
