Fast Mart Sentosa is looking for a dynamic and experienced Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that help our employees develop the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees and the company.,Identify training needs and develop training plans to address those needs.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to help them develop their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with managers and other stakeholders to ensure that training programs are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all training activities and outcomes.,Provide reports and presentations to management on training program outcomes and recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment.,Strong knowledge of training and development best practices and methodologies.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies is a plus.,Ability to travel as needed to conduct training sessions and meetings.
