Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies, promotions, and customer engagement.,Manage and develop a team of restaurant staff, providing training and support to help them achieve their full potential.,Monitor and analyze sales and operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Work closely with the company's leadership team to develop and implement strategic initiatives that support the overall business goals.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and promote our brand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or equivalent role in a fast-paced restaurant environment.,Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and staff scheduling.,Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of restaurant staff.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Proven ability to drive sales growth and profitability through effective marketing strategies, promotions, and customer engagement.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze sales and operational data to identify areas for improvement.
