Apotek Yoga Kebab is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.,Manage and coordinate staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and staffing levels.,Monitor inventory levels and order restocking as needed.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure customer satisfaction.,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the healthcare or retail industry.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as ERP systems or inventory management software.,Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the healthcare industry.,Leadership and team management skills.
