📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate the maintenance activities of the facility, ensuring all equipment and systems are in optimal working condition.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on all equipment and systems.,Troubleshoot and resolve any maintenance issues or breakdowns that may occur.,Train and mentor junior maintenance technicians to ensure the smooth operation of the maintenance team.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.,Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and inspections.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, with a strong background in industrial or facility maintenance.,Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance teams and overseeing maintenance activities.,Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, tools, and equipment.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both technical and non-technical staff.,Knowledge of safety regulations and standards is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
