📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise branch staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales targets and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Organize and manage inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and turnover.,Plan and execute branch events and promotions to boost sales and customer engagement.,Train and develop staff to enhance their performance and skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion or apparel industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing branch operations effectively.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian market trends and consumer behavior.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
