📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their laundry needs.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and empathetically.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the laundry outlet, including washing machines, dryers, and storage areas.
• Ensure that all laundry equipment and facilities are in good working order and promptly report any issues to the management.
• Stock and manage laundry supplies, including detergents, softeners, and fabric conditioners.
• Assist in the sorting and packing of laundry items, ensuring that they are handled with care and delivered on time.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and hygienic working environment.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the laundry outlet.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or laundry-related role.
