As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Your daily tasks will include conducting market research, attending trade shows and exhibitions, and building strong relationships with clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and engage potential clients in Bali's industrial sector.
• Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network and promote Potenza.
• Provide tailored industrial ventilation solutions to meet client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales team.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest industry developments and technological advancements in industrial ventilation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, particularly in the industrial ventilation sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with industrial ventilation products and technologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
