📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.
• Conduct regular HR audits and performance reviews.
• Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
• Coordinate with management to address HR-related issues and concerns.
• Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to HR staff and employees on HR matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience in managing HR processes and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
