📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.,Manage inventory and budgeting to optimize costs and profitability.,Implement and maintain health and safety protocols in the kitchen and dining areas.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.,Train and develop restaurant staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate staff.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Familiarity with inventory management and budgeting software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
