📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop corrective action plans.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement quality assurance programs and procedures.
- Train and mentor staff on quality assurance best practices.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare and present audit reports to senior management.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance, auditing, or a similar role.
- Certification in quality assurance or a related field is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
