📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate banquet events from start to finish, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.,Work closely with the hotel's management team to understand event requirements and deliver exceptional service.,Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities, ensuring they are ready for events and properly maintained after use.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure all event requirements are met and that all necessary arrangements are made.,Maintain accurate records of event details, including guest lists, menus, and equipment used.,Provide excellent customer service to banquet guests, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event management to continuously improve services.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff to ensure consistent high standards of service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in banquet or event management, preferably in a hotel or similar setting.,Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse range of people.,Proficiency in using event management software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and food service standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
