📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Monitor bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax filings.
  • Provide training and support to junior accounting staff.
  • Stay updated with the latest accounting trends and best practices.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Certification in accounting (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.
