📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and develop training programs that meet the needs of the organization and its employees.
  • Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring they are engaging and effective.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training plans.
  • Maintain training records and provide reports on training activities.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to ensure they are able to apply what they have learned in their work.
  • Assist in the development of new training materials and resources.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Training and Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with training management software is a plus.
  • Ability to travel to different locations as needed.
