📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, safety, and compliance with health regulations.,Lead and mentor kitchen and outlet staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure efficient procurement and usage of ingredients and supplies.,Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.,Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards, and conduct regular inspections.,Manage staff scheduling and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet operational demands.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive customer traffic and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the hospitality industry.,Proven experience in managing kitchen and outlet operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Experience in using POS systems and inventory management software.,Familiarity with marketing and sales strategies is a plus.
