📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the procurement processes for healthcare institutions, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure the best possible deals and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.,Monitor and analyze procurement spend to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Ensure that all procurement activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Lead and mentor junior procurement staff, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement to ensure that our processes are always optimized.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a strong background in healthcare procurement is preferred.,Proven track record of successfully managing procurement processes and relationships with suppliers.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Proficiency in using procurement software and systems.,Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the healthcare industry is a plus.,Fluency in English is required.
