📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.,Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.,Conduct employee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to build a strong and diverse workforce.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation programs to attract and retain top talent.,Partner with department heads to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly.,Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools for recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
