This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the clinic's financial transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments, and providing excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process and record all financial transactions accurately and promptly.,Manage the clinic's cash and bank accounts, ensuring proper reconciliation.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding billing and payments.,Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to the management.,Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with financial regulations.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, both in the office and at home.,Assist in the organization of medical records and billing documents.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of financial procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial transactions.,Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and practices.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
