In this role, you will be responsible for managing our recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and training new hires. You will work closely with department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Additionally, you will be involved in employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws, ensuring a harmonious and productive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, using tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, and our internal ATS system.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for our team.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using HRIS software.
• Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other HR team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and recruitment, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
• Proficient in using HR software such as Workday, BambooHR, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
• Certification in HR practices or a related field is a plus.
