📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management roles.,Proven track record of successfully managing operational processes and teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant operational software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
